To use in public libraries, institutions or community organizations, customers must purchase at the Institutions and Community Organizations rate, this rate allows for individual patrons of public libraries, institutions, or community organizations to screen the DVD; this rate does NOT grant public performance rights. Should a library, institution or community organization wish to screen a film publicly without paid admission, it should purchase the DVD at the University and Colleges rate, which grants public performance rights.
